These terms govern your use of the Le Sourire Blanc store and any purchase you make. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

We sell take-home cosmetic teeth whitening gels (Opalescence PF and Pola Night). Product images are for illustration only.

Eligibility (18+)

Our whitening products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Safe use

Whitening gels must be used strictly according to the instructions and any advice from a dental professional. We are not responsible for misuse. Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros. As a French micro-enterprise under the VAT franchise scheme, VAT is not applicable (article 293 B du CGI). Prices may change at any time. Payment is taken securely at checkout.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you receive a full refund.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
