We ship across the European Union from France.

Delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery is 2 to 5 business days within France and 4 to 8 business days elsewhere in the EU, depending on the destination.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is €12 to most EU countries and €7.99 within France (free in France on orders over €65). Express delivery in France: €10.99. Any duties or local taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Storage on arrival

Our whitening gels do not require refrigeration during transit. For best results, store them in a cool place away from direct sunlight once they arrive.
