30-day satisfaction guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a refund or replacement, subject to the hygiene conditions below.

14-day right of withdrawal

In addition to our guarantee, under EU consumer law you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To be eligible, items must be returned unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging.

Hygiene exclusion

For health and hygiene reasons, whitening gel syringes that have been opened or had their seal broken cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How to return

Email contact@lesourireblanc.com with your order number and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except for faulty or incorrect orders.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
